"This review is for the Nederland store and Ms. Natasha Torres. I went in looking for a sectional with very specific requirements- I have two cats, a lot of little kids that come around with grimy hands etc. and we live on property with livestock. I needed a very durable material and specific layout. Ms. Natasha was very accommodating and had a great personality with laid back and humorous but professional manner. We explored options they had in store (I’m also in a time crunch!) and she was very honest and informative! She introduced me to their Nex-Gen fabric and told me that she thought I would like The Gaucho, which they unfortunately didn’t have in store. She even found out for me that they had it in the Beaumont store on the floor! I didn’t make a purchase through her, but I did make a purchase with Ashley’s BECAUSE of her! Thank you!"
