"The man at the desk was really rude, my key didn’t work and only wanted to argue with me instead of just fixing it. Came meet my boyfriend because he was out of town for work and I had the do not disturb sign outside and at 10:00 on the dot comes banging on my door telling me I had to leave because checkout was at 10:00. Bed sheets were all stained up, the pillows were flat, old, and stained. Definitely would not recommend this motel to anyone I know and most definitely would never stay here again."
"Eh.... Not like you have a lot of options in Many. Water bugs, yes. Bed bugs, I didn't get em but I always spray before I lay anyway. I got em somewhere else once and I don't take any chances anymore."
"Rooms are dirty and smell like mold. Bed sheets was dirty had blood stands on them. Couldn't get staff to give us toilet paper told us we had to wait till 11:30 to get it or garbage bags. Staff was rude and didn't want to do their jobs. Do not go here....."
"I’ve stayed here many, many nights while working in the area. The motel is owned by a very nice family who welcomed me warmly with each return. If you’re looking for a super-modern room with floors you can eat off of, this isn’t your spot. If you’re looking for a safe, bug-free place to sleep with hot water, clean sheets and a comfortable bed, I highly recommend. Honestly, the rates are unbeatable and I don’t know why people are writing these reviews as if they paid for a room at the Ritz. The Starlite is perfectly fine. Sleep there. Sweet dreams."
