Every single employee was absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. They were kind and patient with me when I called almost every day to check on the dogs, and they took amazing care of everyone. They worked with them, spent time with them, took pictures of them, and generally made everyone feel happy and loved. The logistics of dropping off and picking up nine dogs were complicated and chaotic, and yet they helped make everything run as smoothly and calmly as possible.
