"Furniture is high quality, but the lack of good quality customer service is why we rated it 2 stars. Over the 6.5 months we waited for our table and chairs, not once did we receive a phone call with updates. We weren’t even notified when they had the set sitting on the showroom floor, while waiting for the chairs to be upholstered after being refinished. We won’t be buying anything else from them."
