"I worked at McDonald's as a teenager and I got burned out on it. I don't eat it at all. But everything here was fresh and made to order and that made a big difference I guess. Journey was our cashier and she was super nice and knowledgeable about everything. I'd go back on the late night."

"TRASH.... definitely in the morning, straight TRASH service. Always a FAT Caucasian lady with a horrible attitude. This is daily. I been going for the past 2 weeks and it's the same thing EVERYDAY. Today I stood at the counter for 4min and no one came to help me. I left and got my coffee from Raos. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU LIKE PEOPLE WITH NASTY ATTITUDES. just read the reviews. I'm not the only one that feels this way. Only reason I'd ever go back is to get names so I can report them to the corporate office. STRAIGHT TRASH"

"So dang ghetto there. They stay playing and every time i have been there they NEVER get my order right. Ive asked for #3s and get singles so i pay more for less food i ask for add ons or drinks and dont get them then get told to get back in line to add the drinks i had already asked them for. This place needs some SERIOUSE tightening up ASAP!!"

"I placed an online order and went to go pick it up, and at the time there was only one car in the drive thru at the intercom. I pulled up to the other one and was told they would be with me in just a moment. 5 minutes went by until they helped us. They helped the first person then me, we both pulled up and got our receipts then pulled up to the next window, me behind the first person. We waited for 15 minutes and still no sign of anything and I think they told her to pull up to the next window and immediately she started snapping her fingers and yelling for a manager and when someone came she started asking what was taking so long and where her food was, just like a few seconds later they gave her the food and she left. At this point, I was already late for work and had to call and let them know I was going to be late. And when I pulled up to the window I was expecting my stuff to be ready since I had the online order and had already been waiting for over 15 minutes but no, I had to wait longer and when the lady opened the window and asked what I had (which was literally a sandwich, a hash brown, and a coffee) she shoved the bag of food at me then the coffee and shut the window. Everything I come to this location I always have an issue, no matter what. If I don't have a issue then it's not normal. I wish I had a different one closer to me but this one is literally like 2 minutes from my house so it's really convenient but my God, do the people here suck so hard."

"I was in Beaumont visiting family and took my granddaughter to lunch. Besides being out of popular condiments, which by the way should never happen. Managers know how fast they go and should always order extra. Besides that the restaurant was the dirtiest of all Mc Donald's that I've been in. Practically every tables were dirty and even the soda area was dirty with spilled soda every. In the restaurant for awhile and never say any employee clean the tables or the soda area. Will never go back!"
