"Friendly, knowledgeable staff who seem to have everything they need to tackle pretty much any kind of transmission problem. Reasonable prices too, as far as transmission work goes. Update: had transmission pulled out because of horrible noise and she no go anymore. Well A&S were the only ones in it before and this current problem was the bolts in the flywheel had come loose. In my opinion this should be a non-issue of you use some locktite and a long handled wrench. Also, I was told that the factory torque converter (which had allegedly been replaced with an upgraded billet converter) had likely been painted black and put back in.... Although I haven't yet brought the parts by the A&S shop yet to get their take on it. In light of the other reviews here and my own personal experience, I will be using a different transmission shop in the future."
"This business owner is extremely reputable & has worked on multiple cars for me in the past and present. A Toyota Avalon transmission was going out & after a week with him it's still running today and this has been 6 years. The Chevy blazer same thing and I got it back in less than a week. He's also worked on things for me besides transmissions and his work in itself shows that he's very knowledgeable and professional when I drive off and all my vehicles problems are gone.I would recommend this business to my family and friends and hope you will also."
