"Lied about how much they charged me so when I got the receipt it was a lot more and I didn’t get the proper discount and wouldn’t return the stuff even though I hadn’t even left the store with it because it was body jewelry. Rude customer service and very unhelpful. The manager even confirmed they overcharged me and only offered a store refund even though it was their fault. I wasted money unintentionally and they overcharged me. I hadn’t even walked out the store when I realized they overcharged me and they refused to return it because it was jewelry even though I literally bought it two seconds ago. They literally lied about the price at the register and when I saw the receipt that’s when I realized how much they charged me. Also I had to wait for about 30-45 minutes at the counter for help because the shift that sold the stuff to me left before the new shift got in and the manager was dealing with other customers. After all that, it was just for them to say they won’t return it even though I didn’t even leave from the store. Very dissatisfied with the customer service, prices, quality and the lack of help I got . I’m very unhappy that the manager even confirmed I was overcharged and was only offering a store credit instead of refunding the money they were not approved to charge me."

"Granddaughter had ears pierced yesterday.Not only were the piercings uneven (one actually was downward at a 45 degree angle in the ear rim).Called today to see if they could repierce the one ear.was told we would have to buy a new set of earrings even though we had the original earrings.Never again"

"My daughter & I got our 2nd earlobe piercings here together in March. The in store experience wasn’t the best, but not the worst either. I didn’t sign a waiver for either of us. My daughter is only 10. The very next day we woke up our ears were BOTH crusted and sore. We followed the after care instructions very carefully. I cleaned our ears up daily, by the end of the week I had to peel the earrings out of both our ears. I called the store to inform them what happened. Got the run around. Finally got in touch with the store manager “Don” (they probably lied about the name). I explain the situation to her, explain I’d like a refund for the piercings. She says she’ll call her department manager and get back to me. Waited a week, no call. I call the store for 3 days, finally get her and she tells me her phone wouldn’t allow her to dial my number. Okay whatever, ask her if she reached out to her department manager. She tells me “why would you let somebody pierce your ears without signing a waiver” so I fell quiet because I couldn’t believe she was making it seem like it was my job so after a few seconds I’m like well why would they do it without one. She tells me she doesn’t believe me, call corporate and then hung up. I called corporate, was transferred to their refund department. Left a message and have neverrr heard back from anyone! I’ve spent so much in these stores, even the day we did the piercings I spent $200. I bet they won’t get another dollar EVER!!!! From the store to corporate all are VERY unprofessional."

"I went Claire’s to buy noise jewelry, It was just as the store opened. I was the only person in the store at the time I asked about the pierce noice jewelry, she pointed to where they were. I asked if there were noise Jewelry that did not require piercing, she pointed again to an area. Y proble ,I think she could have gotten from behind the counter and gave me some help but in stead, she continued on her cell phone texting. I just walked out of the store."
