That is when they were trying to get my business. First, I received a cancellation on my HOI no warning. Further investigation found out the wrong house was stacked for the underwriters. Still no reply from agent. Prompts call to Mike. Well that’s a waste of time. Its May 2022 and I’m spending days emailing and calling. Finally the correct photos were sent in and I get a bill. Heard Nothing from agent. Today, I am still waiting to hear from them. ⚠️ WARNING ⛔️ FORBID YOU HAVE A CLAIM - anticipate horrible service. Keep in mind, real service is begins after the sale."
