"I've been a 40 year customer and never had a problem . But this particular store refuses to return money to my credit card for returned merchandise. I spoke to the sherwin-Williams main office and was told the transition was submitted and to call my bank. Which I did. Come to find out sherwin -Williams never submitted the refund. And my bank is launching an investigation in this matter."

"If they had more employees. I sat in line for an hour for 2 employees. This was at a peak afternoon time from 3 to 4pm. This guy was nice and great, but he was definitely needing help. We had a Hurricane Harvey and they should be running wide open with workers. Great products though."
