"Horrible company! Our adjuster said via email he would turn our appraisal in over a month ago, Insurance company still has not received it. Called Fountain today at the main office and lady on the phone said she called our adjuster and said oops, he hasn’t turned it in and he owes us one. We have been waiting 3 months to be made whole and we get “he owes us one”. What a joke!"

"So far, not favorably impressed. We got two feet of water in our house during Hurricane Ian on 9/30. The adjuster did arrive on 10/3 but it took until 10/23 for him to submit the first Advance. Then I completed the Personal loss summary on 10/27 for the household goods portion. It’s 1/5/23 and nothing. We have had to tap retirement money twice to pay the contractor and vendors to keep working. He texted on 12/8 that he was submitting for second $$ advance but still no results. No emails or calls or update on status."

"They did not call me to schedule my inspection until I called the carrier to complain. They showed up the same day they called. Then I didn't hear from them for months until I filed another complaint about not receiving an estimate more than 3 months after the inspection. Once I received the estimate, it was riddled with errors they refuse to correct. If you want to be delayed, denied and ignored, this is the company for you. Wish there was 0 stars."
