"I had already spent 4 hours at another title place trying to get some paperwork faxed from my finance company so I could transfer my out of state plates. in the end the first title company I went to refused to help me which put me in a bad mood, so I went to Alexandria Tags and Titles. They were more than willing to help me! Alexandria Tags and Titles were very friendly and welcoming, they cheered me up, were very professional, got everything done in under an hour, received the required fax with no problem, and even charged me 50% less than the previous business I was at prior to this one. I will continue to keep going to Alexandria Tags and Titles for all future business. I highly recommend them over any of the other title companies in the area."
"Called and scheduled an appointment time. Got there. Door was locked. Called and she wouldn’t answer phone. We watched her through window ignore our call. We knocked, wouldn’t answer door, Finally answered the phone and tried to turn us away say to come back next week. I said I made an appointment for 1:15, she then told us to just stand outside and she would bring us paperwork to fill out standing outside (this was after COVID mandate was lifted). Wouldn’t allow us inside and temps were low 90’s and sunny. We stood outside over 10 minutes sweating, she never came to door to bring us paperwork. Just sat at her desk and typed on computer. She was so rude on the phone from the second she answered. We left and went to one up the street. Not going to pay money to be treated badly."
