"The only person working has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, she was on her cell phone talking about being sick and having covid. When the customer in front of me said have a good day, she didn't even acknowledge her I get up there and she makes me stand there as she is still on the phone and I finally just left. Absolutely disrespectful. Cell phones should not be used when on the front line. I sure as heck can't use mine and in my profession if I would have done what she did in my place of work I would have been fired."
"I come in to get the Clairol advanced gray solution rich brown and they would have it stocked. Then about 3 months ago I would come in on Tuesdays on my lunch break to buy it and they would be restocking the shelves. I would have to come back after 6pm to get it. This went on for about 2 months. The manager has been at the store and I had brought it to her attention. The last time I came in twice in one day at the end of the second trip it still wasn't any. Being a manager she should have picked up on that she has a regular customer that request this and keep it stocked well but she has not caught on yet. Today the young lady was stocking and none was on the shelf but did go find it for me. I will not come back to this location anymore. I do thank the young lady so much for her help"
