"I came in for the haircut I always get and got charged $34 for what used to be a $20 haircut, with no notice. On top of that, it's not the haircut I normally get because it was executed so poorly, it should be a fade with short hair on top, but the two sides are uneven. I was told the price was correct and I would have to call later to speak to a manager. I called, and the manager said that they are not allowed to give refunds, but I could get a coupon for a future hair cut discount. Poor service, no resolution."
"I received the worse haircut from Sport Clips today. Gina cut my hair, she did not fade it in, didn’t ask if I was happy with the cut and just said we are done and walked to the cash register. Very unhappy with the service ."
