"Time to take Walgreens to court where they belong for discrimination and outright unacceptable treatment. My daughter doesn’t deserve what she endured today. No one should have to tolerate such poor treatment especially as a patient. Never cross a mother that loves their child. Hopefully Walgreens will do a better job at hiring their employees that clearly treat all of these patients here like garbage. Will NOT give up until something is done about this specific location!!"

"One star is giving this review much higher than deserved. What a bunch of despicable, uneducated facility employees. A wild zoo is an understatement. “Lakeisha” in the pharmacy department behaves as an untamed animal and her coworkers are not far off. After experiencing the utmost disrespect & discrimination attempting to get my Autistic daughter’s medication filled after a car accident, we were treated like dirt on the bottom of a shoe. She not only has broken bones but is heading into surgery in two days. There are no managers at this location, they refuse to give their names, refuse to call in for dx codes and even outright displayed racist behavior. Too many people allow this type of treatment and behavior without any consequence. You never know who you are dealing with or their capabilities. This Walgreens absolutely has crossed the wrong patient!"

"Slooooooow, and they repeatedly give you prescriptions you are allergic to. Or don't tell you they don't have your prescription when you need it that day.ive had to go to Baton Rouge at midnight and beg another pharmacy give me one days worth for a sick child and another time for my wife that just surgery because they don't tell you they don't have it."

"I have been defending this pharmacy for a while when others say they had a bad experience, but for the past several months I have not had a single positive experience. The staff is rude and slow. They are probably understaffed, which is a company issue, but that does not make it okay. I just got off the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes because the app says they are out of stock of a medication I was told TWICE they had in stock. I asked them repeatedly before leaving my prescription with them because it has been an ongoing issue. No caveat of "we are probably in stock, but there may be other patients filling at the same time". Just a direct "yes, we have it" in a tone indicating they were annoyed I asked twice. I HATE leaving bad reviews but the issues are so consistent. The customer service at the pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. If you are able go literally anywhere else. I never thought there would come a day where WALMART was a better pharmacy that this garbage fire of an establishment."

"Pharmacy staff doesn’t seem to want to be bothered. They seem to just want you to do everything online when it’s their job to answer any questions you may have. Hoping Walgreens bring back customer service ! I won’t be dropping off any more prescriptions here."
