"I just feel like the staff isn't well informed on the books and all and they just aren't always as helpful as I feel like they need to be. I needed help with my Nursing major books and they acted clueless at first and so I had to wait until the one person who knew how to help me was done helping another customer and this was after I had waited in like for almost an hour just to wait some more. It wasn't always like this."
