"This hotel is being remodeled. The sidewalks are full of building supplies scattered around. For individuals with accessibility issues, this presents a problem and write frankly it's a safety hazard. Booked a king bed but instead got a 2 smaller bed room. No AC/Heat in room. It was freezing. Was offered a space heater which constantly cut off and did absolutely nothing about the cold. Was kept up all night by fighting and two men arguing the entire night and it smells like strong cigarette smoke. Burn holes in the comforters. Evidence of roaches in the bathroom. Also No breakfast offered even though it was an amenity which encouraged me to book. I don't think I could eat from here if they did serve breakfast as advertised. It's gross. I'd rather sleep in my car then to book here again"
"I found this hotel on Priceline for $68. The 1st room they put me in was absolutely disgusting! The ceiling in the bathroom was sagging & moldy. The tub had a black spot. The air conditioner was lined with dirt. Carpet was dirty. Carpet along wall was pulled away from the wall. The 2nd room was better than the 1st but still not cleaned as well as it could have been. There was dirt along the tub. Carpet was dirty. Bedspread had a cigarette burn hole on it. (I threw it on the floor & didn't use.) Sheets were clean. Pillows were okay. Bed was hard AF. Woke up with an extremely sore back & shoulder. Didn't sleep well due to constant tossing & turning from the hardness of the bed. I will NEVER stay at this particular hotel again!"
"Feel unsafe. Smoke detector was missing. Safety door latch was missing. Room is dirty. Pictures said it all."
"It is a decent hotel. At the moment of our stay, it looked like they were doing remodeling. It was not an inconvenience at all. Room we stayed was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom needs some attention. A new toilet and tub will make the place enjoyable. Costumer service was great. Will comeback and stay again."
"We wanted a king bed and wound up in a moldy looking room with a funky smell, we slept the 1st floor window open with no screen and felt safer then breathing the funk. The manager was very helpful with letting us park our moving truck in a safe location. No breakfast only coffee, juice and some wrapped cakes. Wyndham should be ashamed to be linked to Super 8 chain. Must state the price was right if you don't care about anything but sleeping."
