"Store was ok, seemed overpriced for an outlet. When I checked out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to round up and donate my change. I asked what the donation would go towards - his response was “charity”. I asked what charity, he responded “children”. Clearly he either didn’t know what charity sketchers was donating to, or there was no actual charity they were donating to."
"Terrıble customer service! Employees (young manager woman and other sales guy) spent their time with laughing and chitcatting behind the table and never ever answered our questions. I observed multiple customers left the store because they ignored . Once I asked question to her about the size of the shoes kindly, she was extremely rude, and throwed very bad words (I have concerns about her behaviour in community). We left the store immediately without buying five pair of shoes and reported this situation. This store loses a lot of customers because of this disrespectful manager and employees."
