"Would not recommend this place to any African American i felt the tension as i walked in, if you do not have an appointment i do not recommend, needless to say they do accept walk ins. Attitudes are horrible. Just need to do better as a whole. They are clearly only loyal to certain customers. 0/10 do not recommend. I initially came in for a sister date with my 11 year old sister i was getting a refill and two pedicures the service was so horrible upon walking in and after i changed my mind i refused to give any extra money to this place. Save yourselves a headache. Trust me"
"Don’t waste your time or money! Very unprofessional & have bad attitudes. They want you to get what they want you to get, and have ugly ways when you don’t comply. It’s clear that they have their “regulars” that they like & if your not them you will be treated rudely. Not only is their costumer service bad, but the quality of the nails they do are also trash. I wouldn’t recommend this business to any fellow African American folks, based on my experience there."
