"The manager Kelly in Gonzales store refused to exchange clippers that were bought 22 days agoThey didn’t work.Paid 150.00 plus my discount fee for being a hairstylist.The cord worked but clippers didn’t. The guards weren’t open . They said they don’t stand behind their products! no exchanges, refunds or credit. As a manager she was very unprofessional. Rude."

"They don't even answer the phone. If you call it says everyone is busy to press three. If you would like to try again and then the call drops. The advertise a 2-hour delivery service but whoever the delivery drivers are only steal your product and lie into the system saying they delivered it."

"I showed up 10 minutes before 8:00 and they were closed..And would not allow me in...I needed very important supplies..And then through the door, she gave me some excuse as to why they were closed early..I couldnt hear , as she did not even give me the courtesy of opening the door!....In the past I ha e ordered many expensive things from your company, Wax Trollies etc...I will NOT BE BACK"
