"These people I’ve been going to for a while because it’s convenient before I could’ve say that they were decent but since the pandemic they have been very rude. They service sucks and I’ve experienced a very rude older lady who they have doing pedicures who has a stank attitude she threw a towel at me as if I was a dog like fetch. They charged me for service I did not get my daughter was charged for a design before services and get to the polish station the lady claims she didn’t know how to do the design and when I ask what design she could do she says I didn’t pay for a design just the gel polish. Now I know a lot of women like convenient stuff or things when it comes down to our area but lady’s they are mistreating and abusing us brown skin women and taking our money please please stop going here it’s not worth it. If not now it’s going to get worse because they feel they can continue to mistreat us and take our hard earn money. Today was my last day going there."
"The worst place to go to if I could give it no stars I would my nails was trash my polish was bumping up and had bubbles in it and didn’t last a week and it was get polish I little old lady they have doing the lashes is rude and don’t know what she is doing even when I came back to show her her mistake she tried to take my eye out with a pair of scissors I been getting my nails and lashes done for years and have never had a problem to where my lashes were applied under my lids and scratching my eye balls and she literally took a pair of scissors to try and fix her mistake on my eye and stuck the scissors in my eyeball and told me I was wrong she didn’t cut me or my lashes…. The worst nail experience and lash experience I’ve ever had"
"Nail tech was very rude and mean, started talking in there one language. I did not feel welcome at all I've been to several nail salons wont be returning here, nail came out ok I've had better... pretty color though"
