"Had valve cover & gasket changed and it was done well & in a timely manner. Was told there’s another code popping up on vehicle and would get a call about estimate. No one called so I called. The person was out. When they came back I was told he didn’t have the info that the other person was out. Called the next day to keep getting the run around. When someone wants to give you their business because they think the mechanics do great work you don’t ignore them the customer service should be on point. It’s not here. Very poorly run customer service."

"Summary: Great communication. Great customer service. Friendly people. Honest work, with great results. Save yourself a headache and set an appointment with these place FIRST. Long version: My mustang was having a weird issue when it was time to get gas. The pump would keep clicking and my car would just puke the gas back up if I kept pumping. I was spending 2+hours at the pump just to slowly fill it up from E to Full. Finally, I got sick of it and started looking at mechanic shops to take it to. I took it to 5 other places before I came here, and ALL of them just threw parts at the car in hopes of fixing it. After spending $1,000 and having all these other shops scratch their heads at this problem, I was getting unbelievably frustrated. I was about to give up but then I stumbled across this place. The reviews seemed good so I figured “I’m already $1,000 in. Might as well see what they can do.” So I setup an appointment and came right at opening the next day. From the get-go these guys were friendly, they heard me out, they answered all my questions, then they took a look at my car, and about 5 minutes later, their technician came in to talk to me. He showed me what was causing the issue. Five. Minutes. That’s all it took for one of their technicians to find this issue when all the other shops took days to come up empty handed. I was very skeptical just from all my past experiences with other shops, but I decided to go with what these guys were recommending. I dropped it off on a Thursday, and picked it up the next morning before work. Sure enough, the problem is fixed. It’s crazy to me that it took them just 5 minutes figure this out. That just shows you what happens when you take it to a place that cares about you, and the work that they do. They do honest work, and it shows. They went above and beyond my expectations. they worked with me and my hectic work schedule, they went the extra mile to confirm that my problem was solved , and they had great communication with me through every step. If you need a service done, I strongly recommend setting up an appointment with this place. It’ll save you money, time, and a lot of potential headaches down the line. After this experience I can confidently say I’ll be a life-long customer to this place."
