"I went into the store 01.19.2024, 3:30ish found the 3 wigs I wanted, but do to the young lady helping other customers I walked around for 10-15mins. I then push the help button on the mirror and 2-3mins still NOBODY. I go to the front counter and the guy at the cash register asked if I needed help; I said, "yes in the wig area. He said, she'll be right with you. She gets to the back of the store and says yes looking at me, two other customers gets her attention when seeing her and she goes over to them and start adjusting their wig combing it out for them so I wait another two mins and finally I just leave and go to Ebony Mart. Check your camera's the events will unfold before your very eyes"

"They have a very large selection. But sadly they do not accept refunds or returns. For me personally that is a red flag it seems as though the owners do not stand behind the products that they sale. I completely understand not accepting returns on wigs but, in case items are defective or do not work as advertised. I feel much better shopping at a place where I can get a refund since I paid the money for an item that was supposed to work. I must say I do not see myself returning to this establishment in the future and I do not recommend it."

"THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR AND TOWARDS THE NEW EMPLOYEE WITH THE RED DREADLOCKS, BIKER SHORTS, AND TATTOOS ON THE FRONTS AND BACKS OF HER LEGS THAT "DON'T GET PAID ENOUGH TO GIVE OUT OPINIONS"... She is an utter embarrassment and she is going to cost you guys an ABUNDANCE of business. My daughters are NOT allowed to patronize your business again until you guys hire employees that not only dress appropriately but that carry themselves professionally and behave in a manner that positively represents your business. Your other employee was helpful, kind and friendly. The one star is for her UPDATE: DUE TO OWNERS RESPONSE AND THE FACT THAT THAT TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE IS NO LONGER THERE, WE WILL CERTAINLY GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER TRY! Note: resting was changed because owner shows they care enough to address the situation AND rid the business of the problem. Hopefully, rating will change again when we go back in"
