"Asked for a 2 in trim, but got an 4/5 inches chopped instead. Wasn’t what I wanted. Even this short hair cut she gave is very choppy and inconsistent in length. I even asked to see the 2 in cut mark and it ended up much much much shorter somehow, my hair barely turns into a bun. My hair is naturally wavy but as an hairstylist, I would expect expertise to know how to cut it. Also had me waiting one hour before I could get in the seat. Sat with wet hair for 40 mins before my turn. Usually have good service over the years but this is sloppy and inconsiderate. Understand that you have new hires, but need better management or oversight of their work. I won’t be coming back, sorry."

Rochelle is amazingly talented, she has a great eye for color and the style that will accent your own style of beautiful. She does my color and for my wedding she did an updo. I absolutely loved it and had so many compliments. Lauren did my eyelashes pre wedding. It was my first set, she was so patient and loving through the experience. On my wedding day she did my makeup and I have had so many compliments on it all. They have the best brands of hair, skin and body products, in the boutique there are always such cute things at great prices. Everyone is always so sweet and accommodating from the front desk throughout. Loving, caring, super talented wonderful people. Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself at Strands Hair Salon you won’t regret it!"
