"I went inside the salon as usual to get my 5-minute haircut. I've been going here for years and I've always walked in and been accepted and was told that I can walk in and get my haircut. So after years of doing this I walk in today and get turned away for a haircut when there were two hairstylists there and only one customer and no one else. That was no reason given to me. I was just told to come back and check in at another time which usually is not a problem but they were not busy there was only one guy in there getting his haircut The person who usually cuts my hair was just standing around doing nothing. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with any of this except I got the feeling that I was being turn down for a haircut because they didn't feel like doing it at the time. I always get my haircut there and I always tip these people well. They've lost my business permanently."

"I needed a quick haircut before work. Saw this place was supposed to open at 9. An employee arrived 5 minutes after 9 to open. She had an appointment there waiting already. Asked her if they do walk ins. She said yes, another employee would be there in 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and no one had yet shown up. Overheard the employee tell her client she didn't know when the other employee would arrive. So I walked out. At least be honest with your customers, not right to waste someone's time. Went elsewhere."
