"Out of all the times at the Pediatric Dept. I've only had 2 uncomfortable visits, but I don't blame the hospital I blame the uncaring two people that shouldn't be in there Field of occupation, that judges you before they know what the problem is are the uncaring tone and actions toward a child. It was addressed quickly through the hospital and I was satisfied and never had another bad incident, which I'm Blessed and grateful for."

"Went to endocrinologist. Dr. Boston and staff are always kind and considerate. He has been working with me for along time but he thinks we are on the right track. They are very prompt to answer any questions about meds or blood work ."

"My daughter has been sick for 13 years so understand that I have dealt with many a medical staff, good and bad, but this place takes the cake in terms of BAD!!! The nursing staff was downright horrid. They have taken rude to a new level! And, they are completely out of touch with patient care. We waited anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes for a response to a bedside call. REALLY??!! Downright criminal. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone with a sick animal. No way!"

"unproffisional staff, they can never answer a question, they can never help, very rude few nurses think they own the hospital. theyre very slow it doesnt really matter if you have an appointment or not.My wife had an appointment at 830 and we were in the waiting areq for 4 hours then finally we get to see the doctor at 130pm. Health dept should come on check on staff attitude and explain to them that they dont own the hospital they get paid from insurance companies to help people not to give them bad attitude."

"The staff is rude and the student doctors are morons. They do not pay attention to your symptoms, chart or conditions. You are in a wheelchair, but they will suggest that you get out and take long walks. You have major depression, they want you to use a sleep apnea machine. Your back is broken in 3 spots, they want you to see a dietician. IF you can get a teacher doctor, you might get quality care. Dont count on it. Your neighborhood crack dealer probably will make better health decisions for you."
