"Was in store this afternoon. 2:55 PM to purchase shoes for kids in need at school. Was looking to purchase 5 pairs of shoes. After walking entire store with no one in sight to help I walked to the register with two pairs of shoes in my hand. Two clerks at register one searching through her after checking someone out. Other cashier available upon request if she knew if my size was in stock told she needed the box. Could not Recall what aisle I got the shoes. She was not aware of where the stock was Was Very disinterested in helping. I thanked her put the shoes down and told her never mind. I would preferred not going to the mall, however will do so at least they are willing and have staff to help. Not judging but find people who want to help and work. Know where your stock is."

"I find this shoe store hit or miss; sometimes they have lots of great choices other times not. Also they do not always have much of a selection in smaller sizes for women (I wear a 5 or 5 1/2)."
