They made me feel like I really mattered. They didn’t rush at all they really took there time and explained everything to me thoroughly, they were so welcoming and it was really clean. "My dentist was Dr. Haynes intelligent, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was kind My complaint is, I didn’t notice any hand washing, everyone worn gloves and touched the outside of the gloves with unwashed hands as well as touched their masks with their gloves on and touched my mouth. The girl that compared the color of my teeth against the models, placed the model on my teeth, which made me feel sick . I’m not aware of the policy and procedures of Outshine In Hammond but, changing your gloves without any hand washing can get plenty of people sick. And also that’s just down right disgusting."
"This is the best Dentist I have been too! I have had horrible experiences in that past and than I walked into a nice, and friendly office at Outshine Family Dental! This office is clean and very organized! Doctor Shelby and Assistant Shetha were the absolute best…very professional and very good at there job! The work was not rushed! Overall very happy with my experience!"
