"I scheduled an appointment two days prior for my niece. We got there on time. The girl was working on another person, but she was finished not too long after we got there. However she seemed to be more interested in talking to the kids mother instead of going to the next client which was us. After calling her out on it she said I’ll have to check my appointments (she didn’t do it). She continued talking to the mom and didn’t pay us any mind. So my niece and I decided to just leave and go somewhere else! We will never be back there."

"I don't remember what the stylist's name was, she wore a pink shirt (she also said she used to work in Texarkana). She was so nice, so understanding and patient, and very experienced. It was the best experience I have ever had at a salon in decades! She also got me the style that I have always wanted that many salons have screwed up in the past. I look forward to getting my hair done here (hopefully by her) again in the future!"
