"My experience was great until the desk workers kept calling me and leaving me messages on my voicemail about on my appointment day, they declining what they can't do to my teeth. That made me feel very uncomfortable about going back there. It's like they have their picks and chooses who they really tend too. That's not acceptable to clients like me who have an appointment day and before they get to the office to hear bad news.!"

"Things have gone from okay (2021) to horrible (2023-2024) at this dentist office. Dr. Hawkins has the rudest bedside manner; I've seen her twice and both times I cried after getting to my car just because of how awful and anxious she made me feel. I've filled out their customer surveys and never gotten a response. Additionally the last two times I've gone, they've sent me a $75 bill both times after assuring me when I was in the office my insurance was in network and they would cover the visit after my copay. I've contacted my insurance and gotten confirmation from them CFD was paid in full and I should not owe anything. When I call, CFD never answers their phone and they only call me while I'm at work and unable to talk. I gave them a second chance after the first time this happened, but I will never go again and I always tell people how horrible this place is."

"Fantastic experience! My hygienist was very patient during my cleaning. She kept me in the loop with anything she noticed. She also was very patient with my daughter who asked all sorts of questions about the machines, taking her time to answer all of them. Dr. Hawkins was very informative and made sure to answer all the questions that I asked, and made sure to let me know everything that was going on in detail. I did not feel rushed or “like a number”. I had a lengthy appointment due to it being my first time, but I definitely had no wait in between transitions. Everything was detailed and clean. I look forward to my next appointment!!!"
