"I've come to this place for two main reasons one because I need my vehicle inspected once a year and we have four vehicles. Also they do very fast oil changes I mean really fast so that's why I'm giving this place five stars. It's only $7 for a vehicle inspection."
"Speedy, friendly, professional and thorough service. These are the nicest people on the planet! The other place l used to go made me feel like l was a bother for needing an oil change or inspection. They were unfriendly and rude. Auto Lube staff treat you like you’re appreciated, and seem to enjoy the job, and being helpful. My sister recommended Vidor Auto Lube about 3 years ago, and now l won’t go anywhere else."
"From my recent dealing with this business I will never bring my car back! After going in for oil change, my car gave up and got stuck on side of an interstate and had to get it towed to closest dealership to find what's the issue. After close inspection, it was clear that the air filter was put backwards by them, which caused the sensor damage. Auto Lube negligence cost me over $700 repairs. They denied their responsibility, claiming the dealership is making it all up so they can get money out of me. What?!? This is the most outrageous thing I've heard!... This is not how this should be handled. I was nice and gave them a chance to resolve this ethically and do what's right. I've been their customer for past two years, and will not recommend for anyone to get anything done there. What a terrible way to treat loyal customers!"
