"I pulled off the highway at the nearest exit not even knowing where I was when I started hearing a loud metal scraping sound under my car every few seconds. It turned out the place I had my oil changed at the day before hadn’t reattached the metal sheet below the engine, the front of it was hanging completely loose with at least 2 screws missing and scraping hard enough to curl it under. Got directed to this business where they removed it, flattened the metal sheet out, reattached it and were kind enough not to charge me! Thank you again!!"
