"Deplorable customer service from the service department. Typically, we go to Shreveport for service and issues, but I had been getting emails from Walker to bring my vehicle there for service. Randomly, my Sienna started displaying a System Malfunction warning. Recalling these emails, I decided to give Walker a try because it was closer and more convenient coming from Natchitoches. It quickly went downhill because, after research, we thought it was part of a recall with similar issues. I have not been in any accidents since we got the vehicle in July, but the service team indicated this happens after a wreck. I turned my car off one night after getting home, then turned it on the following day to this display. The team said we would have to pay $1,000 to have them even look at it - this did not include potential repairs, if any. While we did not go in expecting not to pay anything, and we are happy to pay a reasonable price, this is ridiculous and uncalled for. Unfortunately, we will have to continue the trek to Shreveport. We are pretty disappointed, but we gave it a try."

"Great customer service from Michael in the Service Dept. Made a Black Friday order of 5 each for Windshield Wiper Inserts and it turned out Toyota would only sell in 10 packs so my order had to be canceled. Michael stayed on the case and got me a new order for Qty 2 - 10 packs and he made sure I got my Black Friday discount - shipped right to my door with no hassle. It took Michael several days of effort getting this order lined out with Toyota to get me my discount. I really appreciate the efforts on his part as I know it was only a $150 order, but Michael took the time and treated me as an important customer. Thanks for helping me Michael - much appreciated."

He was patient when he dealt with my extended warranty. He made sure everything was handled properly. He is an asset to your company."

"The oil change took me more than three and a half hours. I asked the guy who took my information not to include tire rotation. Although my vehicle has different tire sizes (225-45-17 Rare, 245-45-17 Front), they rotated them. When I asked them to return the tires, they only did one side. Again, I had to ask them to return the tires again. That was very time-consuming. The question is how they let untrained people provide services. Such a bad experience, and I will never return to this place."
