"Worst place ever to be honest. My daughter had an appointment with them for the first time but four hours before her appointment my husband’s employer called me saying he passed out at work and was taken to the hospital by ambulance and I had to go all the way to Louisiana to see him. I took my kids out of school and extremely worried and nervous drove to LA. On my way to the hospital I called the dentist to let them know about our emergency and to reschedule my daughter’s appointment. The receptionist was very rude and told me that my daughter couldn’t be seen anymore because she had already cancelled several times. This was her first appointment! She had never been there before! I was upset and was about to say something but she hanged up on me. Worried about my husband I put that issue on the side. A week passed by and now it was my husband’s turn to see the dentist for his insurance routine check up. I called them to make sure it was the right day and time so my husband got off early from work in order to go see them. We arrived 15 min before the appointment. We filled out the new patient form and everything and waited about 20 min when they called my husband. My husband said come with when out of nowhere this lady appeared and said we’re not going yo see you. You missed too many appointments so we refuse service to you. I was in shock! I was like what???? What are you talking about? We’ve never been here before! You said the same thing about my daughter! You’re lying! What’s wrong with you? The dentist came out, She told him the same thing she told us and he jyst looked at us and told us to leave because he was loosing money!!!. I was like check your records! We’ve never been here before! What’s wrong with you people? I was very upset snd wanted them to see my husband but he just told me “let’s leave. It’s not worth it. We’re not loosing anything, they are” This had never happened to us before. It was humiliating, unbelievable! Is he a Good dentist? I guess we Would never know! but one thing is gor sure! He is Not professional at all!!!"
