"The sub sandwich had molded ham on it. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION TAMPERING WITH FOOD! Boi the manager was obviously high on drugs and couldn't make simple sandwich properly for third time. Refused to refund me after Boi threw away the entire molded sub, instead offered a pickle only for the entire molded sub SERIOUSLY! I don't think they have many locations as I won't be going back to that one AGAIN! Philipp the regional manager has never attempted to resolve the matter let alone RESPOND. Boi asked if I wanted a job, I work 5 jobs but he can't seem to manage 1! W.A NASTY JOKE. Reply to ownest's bullshift. Corporate said you won't be reaching out and I wonder why!"

"I got the beach club sandwich, I believe it was called. Alright so right off the bat, it was extremely fast service so there's a point. Now I don't know if this is just how Jimmy John's does it or if it was just my sandwich but it was cold so if cold isn't your thing don't come here. For me it's fine though ngl I do prefer a more warm sandwich. The food was pretty good though, I will say presentation is a little lacking however it is a fast food chain so that's fine. Overall 4 out of 5."
