Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Every time, and I do mean every time I go to this Popeyes, there's an issue. I can not put a finger on what it is. This visit it was when I got to the speaker I was greeted with welcome to popeye's. Can you wait a moment? I said sure. After about 8 minutes, another person came back and asked me to please wait. I did for another 5 minutes, just to have a third lady come on the speaker and attempt to take the order but then asked me to hold on again. Finally I was able to order. I received the food after sitting in the drive thru a total of 23 minutes and there was no car in front of me. I got home and my food looked like it had been sitting there all day. My kids love Popeye's and the only reason I go to this one is because it's a block from my house. Please do better."

"12/04/23 @ 1740: Waited over an hour+, for 12 piece wings. Cashier in a black shirt did not verify that the order he had on the counter was mine or even stated what it was. There were others waiting for their order too and he just said, “Here you go sir/mam.” The elderly guy who was with his family..? went up to the counter to check it (I assumed he had an order since he was there before me and I had spoke with the guy he was with who told me he was waiting for an order). The cashier then said that I let someone steal the order? And it seemed like he wasn’t going to make my order after that… since I took it as him insinuating its my fault for losing my order to someone else…(that’s how I understood him) But the elder even went up to the bag while you were still at the cash register..? Anyways, I got my food almost 2 hours later. Luckily I was actually wanting to kill time to let the traffic die down. Maybe today was a bad day for them… I ain’t even mad, but pretty bummed how today’s visit was. *Edit: Cashier compensated others for the wait with freebies besides me… and I waited longer than them. It’s probably cause I wasn’t as outspoken as they were. Drive thru is priority. So if it’s busy, I suggest getting in line.. despite the lack of space in the lot."

"I can’t and will not blame my wait on the staff because they were left short handed by the regional or district manager name Celine If you’re gonna fire the staff leaving them with a lobby full of customers and a line for drive through wrapped around the building At least stay and assist Great job to the manager Brittany who came and helped out, awesome job team!"

"The food is great, BUT… On 25 October I was charged for the wrong order at the drive thru. After bringing it up, they failed to offer any acceptable resolution. First, they offered me more food, then cash directly out of the cashiers pocket (what business expects employees to pay for mistakes out of pocket!?) and then I was told the manager couldn’t reverse the transaction on my card. Popeyes corporate couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t through their payment system. I disputed the difference with my card issuer and they’re fighting the chargeback. I can’t recommend a business that treats their customers so unprofessionally."

"Had the 5 piece spicy chicken strips and mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. They were out of dirty rice. The chicken was like jerky and very tough. Literally ate a couple of pieces, it was to hard. The mashed potatoes and red beans and rice were great. I usually love the biscuit bit ot was not flavorful at all. One of the worse Popeyes I've been too. The staff and service was great. The cook need to do better."
