"Wasn’t informed that they don’t do refunds. The girl basically gave me an impression that with my receipt I would get my refund , found cheaper pants and now stuck with them because no refund. Their prices are very expensive. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place at all."

"I won't be back they had a sign that there was appointment only during covitt 19 I called the number because I saw 2 people in the store 1 customer 1 employ no other people working no other people shopping and they told me I could make an appointment for next week I said I was looking for one very specific Blow out pouch that I only need a few seconds or if they could go look and see if they had one available they did not have the time obviously they did not want my business they were not rude just . I will go find somewhere else to spend my money I could have ordered it from high speed gear online and gotten it before I even was able to get an appointment. Very disappointed."

"Made one phone call and although they were busy Marcy took the time to look for what I needed. When I got there I met the owner, Kitty Bruns and I gotta tell you, she has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! She even gave me a guided tour of her place. Prices were reasonable and competitive and the selection was broad. The store was nicely laid out, very neat and inviting. But the staff is what made all the difference. This is definitely a business I’ll return to if for nothing else for the staff."
