I got to my office Monday morning and it turns out I had something on my calendar so I called Dr. Shepplemans office of course her mother answered and when I told her I couldn't make it at 4pm she became very confrontational and told me she would send me a bill for $35. She just lost me as a patient and the rest of my family !!!"
