Pedro's Tacos & Tequila Bar Opelousas

"DISGUSTING! My shrimp quesadilla was just bland, nothing but unseasoned shrimp and cheese. Way overpriced for being so dull. There were some weird chicken scraps in it. My friend’s dinner, however, shredded beef chimichanga, was absolutely gross. My bite was nothing but fat, and her two bites both had bones and gristle, some of which looked like chicken backbone. What the hell? Add a warm beer, and the entire dinner was a total fail. The server was inattentive, except to ask if everything was all right, without waiting for a response. Girl, one plate was almost untouched: did it look like everything was all right? Why is this place still open? The ladies’ restroom was dirty, too."

"Bar tender was horrible. Food was great, beer was cold, salsa, queso and hot salsa were great. Do not sit at the bar. Worse service ever! She was nowhere to be seen most of the time until the check was ready to be paid. Even told who we assumed was the manager about the service and he did nothing. Got our food, no Utensils, asked for the sour cream that was supposed to come with it, nobody ever brought it."

"I have dined here several times before and always been very happy with the service and food. I ordered the Nachos Locos and drinks. The first time the food was brought out, the surface of the food was room temperature. I politely requested that the food be reheated, only to be brought back cold food. After requesting another reheating, I was again brought cold food. When I approached the manager, I was met with an argumentative attitude. I decided to just be quiet and take my food home to heat it up in the microwave. In the meantime, I had to go to the bar to request another drink because my server was inattentive and chatting with bar staff. The cherry on the sundae was when I received my bill and discovered that my card had been charged TWICE for the unsatisfactory meal. Now I can only wait and hope that this error will be corrected with by bank. I am so disappointed."

"This Pedro’s location, like all the others I’ve been to, is super nice! I highly recommend it. Service was fantastic, and we were tend to and checked in on often. As for the restaurant itself, it’s very clean, spacious, and open. We went during lunchtime and it was not busy at all, but there were still enough staff and the kitchen was open. The setting I’m sure would be very nice to dine in the evenings when packed and with the live music on the stage. The food was awesome, as all Pedro’s locations’ food has been in my experience. Even specific customizations were met and portions were perfect."

"Me and friends have been here before. The food was great and the drinks were very good. I do not recommend getting a steak from here. I was very disappointed about the amount I have spent on it but the items in the picture was very savory and satisfying to my pallet. The only thing is that I recommend your first time here, try the Nachos and 2 for 1 Margaritas!"
