"The chips and salsa weren't good. They used to be amazing, but they obviously aren't using the original recipe for the salsa anymore. The fajitas were good, but expensive. There were only a few people there, yet our waitress acted like the place was packed. I was very disappointed and won't be going back."

"The restaurant was completely under staffed. The servers that were there did what they could. The absolute biggest problem was hair in the food!!! While eating our lunch my wife discovered a long hair in her enchiladas. She had to send her plate back twice because I came out to the table wrong both times. The first time wasn't even what she ordered at all. This Casa Ole didn't rate the one star but I had to put something. I obviously don't recommend this location at all. Look closely you can see the hair. EDIT: SO the owner commented on this post asking me to send a comment with my contact information to the corporate page. I did so and have not received any feed back from them at all. I appreciate the response from the store ,however there is no affirmation as to how this will be prevented in the future."

"Attractive building, inside and out,, with lots of parking for dine-in and curbside customers in front, and lots more parking on the sides and rear of the building. Wheelchair ramps and handicap parking very accessible. Inside, benches were in an air-conditioned foyer, for overflow/waiting list situations. The music system was at a volume good for enjoyable dining and conversation to simultaneously happen. Bathrooms were clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Lots of appetizers, small and large portion options, beef, chicken, steak and vegetarian items were easy to find on the menu. The waiter, Jovan, greeted me within two minutes. He was well-spoken, well-groomed--and REALLY did his thing! He served my drink *immediately* along with chips and salsa, and made sure that neither went empty during my entire visit. He asked questions about my vegetarian preferences, and knew the menu well enough to make immediate and accurate suggestions. I made sure to tell the owner/manager, when I saw her. Not sure why she was uncomfortable enough with my compliments of him, that she interrupted my every other sentence; The man deserved every word of praise--and also deserves a RAISE!! The spinach enchiladas with grilled bell peppers, Pico de Gallo, refried beans and rice were good enough to curl my toes. It was fresh, hot, well-cooked and WELL-presented (I didn't think to take a picture of my dinner before I demolished it, but see the picture of the fudge brownie I had for dessert). A very good experience; highly recommended!!"
