"I literally just left here. I wanted to get my daughter some hair accessories. I walk in and immediately every employee except the younger, skinny blonde is honed in on me. I don’t know what gave them the “I’m going to steal” vibe but every time I looked up, they were staring at me and tried to act like they weren’t. One of them even went as far as to just come stand next to me and pretend she was looking at products on the shelf. She did this 3 times. Everywhere I was, so was she. I eventually used this as an opportunity to ask for a sweater in a smaller size because I have nothing to hide. Never once did any of these women who were so focused on me ask me if I needed help. I did. I’ve never been in a Carter’s before. But nope, no one asked a single time. Just stared at me accusingly. My anxiety was so high that I just checked out with whatever I had and left. The only reason for the two stars instead of 1 is the cashier being an absolute delight. But yeah, this visit was unpleasant and it was my first and last trip to Carter’s."
"Penny helped me and my mom out so much Saturday. We went in looking for one ONESIE for my new baby and ended up finding all kinds !!! GREAT PRICES! I even got my oldest daughter something at GREAT PRICES!!!!"
