She very loudly and very rudely said "NO", not once but twice as if I didn't hear her the first time. Too bad for them as the 4 bags of clothing and 1 bag of costumes I have is all name brand and practically brand new. I will never do business with them now and I will be sharing this experience with others. Sad that in this day and age when ordering things online is so easy and cheap that a local business would treat potential customers with such disrespect before they have even set foot in the store.
