"The burgers were cold to begin with. You could tell they were not warmed through. The fries were fine, but i think they just came out of fryer. No excuse for serving cold food How hard can it be to turn on the microwave?"

"Let me start off with I love Burger King, but this location is bad. Always slow, wrong orders etc... Also they say they don't have mayo or mustard packs, but online let's you add to order what's up with this. So sad this is only one in St Bernard parish. Just went to this place for the last time."

"We ordered one combo and one kids meal, paid $22. Then told to drive around to the front door to wait for my purchase. 11 minutes later we received the kids meal with no sauce, that had been an extra charge on my receipt, the burger was dressed completely different than the way I requested, and cold stiff fries. How does that happen? My son ate his food and said whatever, I had 2 bites of my $14 burger before cutting it up into dog food. Mark this experience as a loss, I hope Burger King figures out their service issues before they run that place in the dirt."

"First off they pull you around from the drive-thru window and make you get your food from a door on the other side. It took forever to get 2 BK King burgers and a medium fry. The BK King Burger ended up being smaller than a Whopper Jr and the fries had no salt and were undercooked."

"Burger King has got to be the worst fast food place in da parish. Everytime I go there (which is not very often) they never have anything I want to order ,especially there shake machine. Then I could be the only customer in the drive thru or inside and you still have to wait 30 mins for your order and when u get it it's always wrong and when they give you the right order it's cold and nasty or burnt to a crisp. I don't know how they are still in business tbh."
