"I was at this location around 10:40pm and they were already closed up. No response in the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window I saw no one, but after sitting for a minute people started moving around. One person came to the window to say they sold everything tonight. I believe they cleaned up so they can leave at 11pm instead of just closing the store at 11pm. Why is the restaurant closed before the actual closing time?"
"For what it is - a fast food chicken restaurant - their product (the chicken) is not bad at all. Correctly cooked and mildly spiced (they offer a few different "flavors"). The sides are acceptable but forgettable. In and out fast."
"It's unbelievable how run down and disgusting this Popeyes is. It started with a 5+ minute wait just to place my order, and it is not that they were busy, there was no cars in front of me at the drive through, and only a couple in the parking lot. During the wait I had plenty of time to observe the poor condition of this building. Once they finally came back to take my order I had to repeat it 3 times, the intercom sounded like it was covered by a paperbag. When I got to the drive thru window it was filthy, inside the window were crammed old paper towels and plastic forks, just another indication of the lack of proper cleaning. I actually had second thoughts on my order. I get it that the employees are young and many starting on their first job but - the appearance and attitude clearly indicate they take no pride in their customer service skills. I typically stop at Popeyes as they are my go to for fried chicken. I will never stop at this one again, as there is a Churches across the road from them, and they are not much better. Corporate you can do better, this store is a poor reflection on your product. Pictures are available if requested."
"The manager in training at store location #2013 which is on WestWood on the Westbank express… Service was excellent and was very Speedy and the food was hot and fresh store was definitely clean I will be back"
"The manager and staff were very friendly. Ms.Lee was especially great! She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was like no other! Her customer service skills are wonderful! Will definitely take the drive to this location just because of that."
