"Rosemary and roux catered my wedding back in October. To start, everything went well. I loved the options on their menu and they were all pleasant to speak with. As for the day of my wedding, I was disappointed. About an hour and a half through our reception, we ran out of the jambalaya (which was the main course) and we’re left with only sandwhiches, charcuterie and orzo pasta salad. We had to talk about what to do and considered buying food from laundry’s next door but ultimately decided we would leave it be. This upset me because it was their job to make sure we had enough food. Not only that, we found out that they had “over-stuffed” 2 pans of jambalaya when we ordered 3 pans. It always makes me wonder if we had 3 pans if we wouldn’t have ran out of food. With all of that being said, I heard the jambalaya was delicious. I wish I could have had a taste before we ran out!"
"I love Rosemary and Roux! I feel like I’ve tried the whole menu and loved it all but the Roast Beef Debris and the meatloaf are outstanding. This place serves DELICIOUS food made with love and made from SCRATCH. Woman owned by two locals who give back to their community. I love supporting this business and highly recommend it."
"We had the brunch board and the Abuela's Benedict and Chef topped us off with a sample of her award winning gumbo! Let me tell you........EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! We had leftovers and I bought a quart of that gumbo! My husband is a Chef for over 25 yrs....he had to give Chef Katie a hug after this meal!"
"My aunts and I came in for lunch while I was in town visiting family, and we really enjoyed it! The food was on point and the staff was all really friendly. As I sit here, 1300 miles away, writing this review, I wish I could come eat the Chicken Lillianne (spelling?) right now. One of my aunts and myself got that and loved it. My other aunt got the pork chops and they were so good and so tender! Thank you all and I can’t wait to come home again and come back to eat here!"
