Burger King

"Did a mobile order and picked it up so we wouldn't have to wait. We ordered a triple whopper with cheese plain, fiery nuggets with ranch, a large order of fries, a large vanilla shake, and whopper jr. with extra onion and extra ketchup. We pull up to the drive thru and no one said anything for so my friend said "Hello?" and we received a very angry, unprofessional response telling us they were working both the front counter and drive thru by themselves. Then, we get our food home (5 minutes away) to find that our food wasn't only cold, but: The triple whopper had one slice of cheese and was not plain. The fries were soggy and limp. The vanilla milk shake was half melted. The chicken nuggets were also soggy and didn't come with ranch packets. The whopper jr. did not have the extras requested Very dissappointed I spent 30 dollars on this."

"I’m here for breakfast and my sandwich is cold. The manager (or person in charge) is on speaker phone with someone. The dining room is empty-but it’s dirty. It’s 9am-and it’s obvious that the tables and benches haven’t been wiped down since yesterday. The floor was mopped-it’s dry now, but incredibly slippery. And with the way the faucet works in the bathroom (you have to hold it down with one hand to wash the other) there’s no way anyone’s hands are getting washed the adequate amount of time."

"I ordered via the mobile app, which asks if you would like to pick-up within the store or via the drive thru. I selected via drive thru and upon arriving, I was told by the manager that mobile orders must be received in the store. I asked why the option to collect via drive thru was available? Later, I told the manager I had never experienced this before and asked to see this policy in writing. Manager replied, "this was her rule and she didn't have to show me anything.""

"This place was amazing. One of the best barkers I've ever had from Burger King in my life. Service is definitely great and many customers come in and out. The atmosphere is great as well."

"Updated Review 06/2021: gave them another shot and asked for fresh everything. Pictures show what your ordering vs what you get. AND it was disgusting. Old review:Literally the worst Burger King. I've been here dozens of times. 75% of those time the fries are terrible and soggy at best. I've submitted the myBk experience survey multiple times and they just don't improve. Sure everyone will continue to to there because there's no other BK nearby. The managers obviously do not care about the quality of their food. Wish the owner knew this."
