"Manager or Owner, not sure which, is obviously stressed. Probably they are still in the hole from the virus scare and gov shut down, dunno. This means if you need an extra napkin, straw, or soup spoon, it is causing them stress. I get it, small business is tough with bideneconomics. If anyone has seen the Soup guy on Seinfeld? Well, we have one in the area, and he is it. lol Unfortunately we'll never eat their again, because this is not the first time we had issues over there, and there are plenty of Pho spots to try. If you get soup, just find a corner in their shop, and try to avoid eye contact with the manager, you'll be fine."

"Disgusting practice of forcing you to buy their bottled water. I ordered a Pho and ice water. Waiter brought out a bottle of water but no cup of ice. If you refuse to give complimentary ice water, just say so. I'll pay it. Don't scam me into purchasing your bottled water. The large combination Pho will not fill you up. They don't give you enough noodles and are very stingy on their meat. Meat pieces were few and small. The meatball was cut into quarters. 2 quarters were in the bowl. That's only half a meatball. The tendon was very tough and chewy. Pho was blander than I am used to. I will not be back."
