"Smitty's seafood. As a local, Smitty's Seafood one of my favorites. I had a combination of fried platter consisting of fried oysters, fried shrimp, fried catfish, delicious potato wedges and a side salad. Also I have a pleasure of tasting boiled goods. Mushrooms, corn, garlic, potatoes, crawfish, and a nice chunk of onion. Five people total with a few beers. Just over 100 bucks. Perfect. Yummy yum yum yum yum yum thanks Smitty's Seafood you guys rock"
"They seemed a bit overwhelmed, so walking in was already a rocky start. It took a while to be seated and greeted. Food is all I care about, so the second I saw the salad, I had my doubts. The salad seemed like a paltry walmart baged salad with the occasional wilty brown piece, uh oh, then the "sweet" tea?? Not looking good, ENTER PO BOY AND ETOUFFEE!!! Superb oyster Po boy and very hefty (not overflowing as mentioned), the ETOUFFEE was rich and dense with crawfish tails in EVERY BITE!!! OOOOH YES!!! My wife ordered the ETOUFFEE and I was thrilled that she couldn't finish it, so I had the pleasure of eating it. Then for dessert, the bread pudding, OMG, YESS!!! We started at a 2 and finished strong. 5 stars means perfect, but we had strong 4 stars. Sustain."
"I've bought the Seafood Boat two weeks in a row. My only complaint is that the fish isn't CATFISH! It's seasoned well, I didn't really like the Onion mum, just wasn't fried long enough and you're given honey mustard. Stuff shrimp just okay. All in all the food is good."
