"After an hour wait we got to the front of the line and they stooped taking orders. It took half an hour for someone we could see in the back office to come out and take orders. If you're looking for a 1 star experience this is it! Shout out to the cook that kept going and ignored the angry customers who couldn't order. Dude's a machine. The food was fine. I'd go back if I had a canceled flight and hours to waste."
"My experience was horrible. The lady serving would not look at me and interacted like I was inconveniencing her the entire time. I order a three item plate, but one item was completely out. I wasn't told the item was out Instead I got a sad not even half scoop of Beijing beef and according to the server "extra" broccoli beef. I wasn't asked what I wanted. I did not want extra broccoli beef, I would have just ordered a two item plate. The "extra" broccoli beef was just two little bits of beef and one piece of broccoli, not even enough for a whole order. Be careful about ordering at this place. Horrible customer service and etiquette."
"Workers didn't have any energy, they were out of most dishes, at least the noodles, rice, and orange chicken was consistent with other locations. For being an airport location, price was consistent with outside stores, which was a nice change., didn't feel too expensive."
