"I visited this location on 2/19/24, I placed an order through the drive thru. The person taking the order repeated my order back to me and I replied that the order was correct. I received my food and got on the interstate, I had someone to go through bag only to realize I had been given the wrong order. I was going towards Baton Rouge and had passed 310 already, so there was way to turn around. The food was good, but not what I ordered."
"Chicken was chewy and hard, and they forgot all of our sauces and straws. A very nice lady was super apologetic and told another lady that she had forgotten our items and she said I was on break it wasn't me. A simple "I'm sorry" and keep the drama to yourselves. The flow of traffic makes getting into or out of this business very difficult. Turning around to come back was even worse."
"Me and my husband went in because the app was giving us trouble, so we tried a self service kiosk, but that was tricky too. When I tell you Ms. Keosha helped us instantly and made us feel comfortable and not rushed, I tell no lie! Not only did she offer to take our order herself so that she could help, she also helped us get the best deal to fit what we wanted to eat. She was patient, organized, and helpful. On top of that, her and staff also made sure the order was prepared correctly and the food came out fast. That was by far the BEST service I have ever received at a popeyes in my life."
"The woman taking the order was incredibly rude. Then when the food was given to us less than half our order was even in the bag and we were still treated very rudely. Would not go back to this location. Go to another one near by, I hope they can be better than this very very low bar. Love Popeyes otherwise,"
"Lady who worked the drive thru has a really bad attitude. As I was paying, she was rolling her eyes at the person speaking to her via drive thru intercom and kept waving her arms for them to hurry. Also I didn’t get my entire order. Nor was given a receipt to even prove I didn’t get all the items. . The macaroni was cold and not a full. Will not be going back."
