"The black guy working 3/19/23 was very rude and not welcoming . He lashed out at us for looking at a dress in the window display. He also made racial remarks. Apparently he doesn’t like Spanish people that he said that why I don’t f with them. The girl working next to him didn’t even reprimand him and just stood there allowing him to scream like a crazy person. For window shopping. The most shocking thing I have ever seen allowed in a work environment. Totally unacceptable and. Ant believe this behavior is encouraged. Guess used to be a classy store but apparently they don’t hire quality people any longer."

"Arrogant stuff. No service at all. Rude, nobody cares about anything. Saw a lady waiting to use the fitting room, so i searched a stuff member and asked nicely if he could help her. Felt like he almost refused. Btw i had to change Tees in public, tired of asking for assistance. Eventually i Left desired clothes at the abandoned checkout, realizing the stuff member was aware and had no interest to sell anything. I just left this store, i have no interest in supporting a store like this at all. I‘ve been to a lot GUESS stores and the service is usually amazing and i realize i have to write reviews over this extraordinary service in other stores as well!"
